 Where are we found?

The Property Magazine prints three regional issues (Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal). More than 60 per cent of our print run is hand-delivered through a carefully targeted free-to-home distribution model to LSM 8-10 homeowners. We also have a presence in the offices of estate agencies, legal firms and developers, airport business lounges, restaurants, coffee shops and upmarket hotels and guesthouses. The balance of our print run is sold through selected retail outlets countrywide, including Woolworths, Exclusive Books, Spar and CNA.

Who do we reach?

With the common denominator being their love of and avid interest in the property game, The Property Magazine’s readers:

• Have an LSM of 8 – 10
• Are between 29 and 59 years old
• Are 39 per cent male and 61 per cent female
• Own a primary residence; with 81% owning one property and 45 per cent owning two or more properties.
• Rate eating out four to six times a month and entertaining at home as their main forms of entertainment
• Travel internationally for pleasure
• Own a car worth at least R300 000
• Earn in excess of R20 000 a month, with 16 per cent earning in excess of R50k a month
