Listen Up! Official FIFA WC 2010 album released

The World Cup is the world’s biggest party, and a party isn’t a party without music. It’s especially heartening that the official 2010 FIFA World Cup album has such a strong African undertone. The album called ‘Listen Up!’ and it’s now available in stores.

It’s features the official song, ‘Waka Waka’ by Shakira and Freshlyground, as well as tracks by Angelique Kidjo, John Legend, R.Kelly and the Soweto String Quartet. However it does not have the favourite sing-a-long tune by K’naan, Waving Flag that is number one in 8 countries at the moment.
