New 500 bay parkade to be constructed at Cresta Shopping Centre 29/03/2010
The construction of a new 3-level parkade, on the eastern end of Cresta Shopping Centre, recently began. To be located between the centre's entrances 4 (at Panarotti's) and 12 (The Breadbasket), the parkade will accommodate 511 vehicles once completed thereby providing a greater number of parking bays for shoppers. |

Rawson Developers acquire a site for second Rondebosch project 24/03/2010
When Paul Henry, MD of Rawson Developers, completed phase one of the company’s Rondebosch Oaks project in Rondebosch, Cape Town, he was quoted in a press release as saying that although phase two was now guaranteed of success, “Our big regret is that we cannot find another equally suitable site for a follow up project”. |
